"I kind of got the sense quickly..."
I kind of got the sense quickly that this wasn’t going to be a successful trip. Everything I was looking for seemed to be out of stock, which was frustrating.

"Tracking barely updated at all"
My package ended up getting delayed, and the tracking was confusing. Like I said, it barely updated, so I had no real idea where it was or when it was actually going to show up. Like I said, the delay was annoying, but the lack of clear tracking made it even more frustrating.

I accidentally ordered the wrong batteries from batteryjunction, which was totally on me, so I had to send them back. The return process itself was straightforward, like I didn’t feel lost or anything, but then there was that waiting part where I kept wondering if they’d gotten the package yet or if I should check in.
The refund did come through once they received everything, so in the end it was fine and I don’t really have any major complaints. It wasn’t the fastest return ever, which is why I wouldn’t call it perfect, but they handled it fairly and I’d still order from them again, just with a little more double-checking next time.

"Prices felt a bit too high for me"
I looked at a few batteries here and, the prices seemed higher than what I found elsewhere. The shipping cost didn’t exactly make it better, but you know, it is what it is. I just didn’t really feel like I was getting a good deal, and it kind of felt like I paid extra for no real reason.

I ended up getting the wrong batteries in my order. I get that mix-ups can happen, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but it was still frustrating because it wasn’t what I ordered and I couldn’t use them.

"My order arrived in a really thin box..."
My order arrived in a really thin box with hardly any padding, and it looked like it had been passed around a bunch before getting to me. The batteries were just loose inside, and the corners of the box were all smashed up. Everything still worked, thankfully, but the packaging felt careless. I expected better from Battery Junction

"Solid batteries and a smooth experience"
I ordered a few rechargeable batteries from Battery Junction and everything was smooth from start to finish. The batteries charged up fine and seem to hold power better than some cheaper ones I’ve tried before. Packaging was simple but did the job. I’m taking off one star because one battery had a small scuff on it, though it still works without any issues. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase

What bothered me was the shipping cost, which felt high for such a small order.
